Indication
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - Acute and chronic bronchitis - Bronchiectasis and emphysema - Middle ear infections
Ingredients
- Carbocisteine
Direction
Take orally with water. Adults: Usually 2 tablets three times daily, which may be reduced to 1 tablet four times daily once symptoms improve.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea or vomiting
- Stomach discomfort
- Skin rash
Precautions
- History of peptic ulcers
- Avoid using with cough suppressants
- Stop if gastrointestinal bleeding occurs
- Avoid during early pregnancy
