Indication

Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections when prescribed, including respiratory, ear, skin, urinary, and dental infections.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin 125 mg / 5 mL
• Clavulanic acid 31.25 mg / 5 mL

Direction

After reconstitution, shake well and take by mouth exactly as prescribed; complete the course and follow the supplied measuring instructions.

• or allergic rash may occur.

Precautions

• Tell the prescriber about penicillin or cephalosporin allergy and liver disease
• seek urgent care for breathing difficulty or severe diarrhea.
