Indication

Symptomatic treatment of acute or chronic diarrhoea in adults and older children when appropriate.

Ingredients

• Loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg

Direction

Use according to the package leaflet or a healthcare professional’s advice. Stop and seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists, blood appears in the stool, or fever develops. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects

• Constipation
• nausea
• abdominal cramps
• dizziness or drowsiness may occur.

Precautions

• Do not use in children under the age specified on the package
• in bloody diarrhoea
• high fever
• constipation
• abdominal swelling
• or suspected infectious diarrhoea without medical advice.
