Indication
Mucolytic treatment for loose cough and thick bronchial secretions in children.
Ingredients
- Carbocisteine 100 mg/5 ml
Direction
Under 2 years: 2.5 ml 1–2 times daily; 2–5 years: 5 ml twice daily; over 5 years: 5 ml three times daily, as directed.
Side effects
- May cause stomach upset
- nausea
- or allergic reactions.
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children and seek advice if cough persists or worsens.
