Indication
Relief of transient tiredness, mild anxiety, irritability, muscle cramps, and tingling associated with magnesium deficiency.
Ingredients
- Magnesium pidolate 1500 mg equivalent to magnesium 122 mg
Direction
Adults: 3–4 ampoules daily in divided doses; children and infants over 2 years according to weight and medical advice.
Side effects
- May cause diarrhea
- abdominal discomfort
- or nausea.
Precautions
- Not suitable for infants under 2 years or severe kidney disease without medical advice
- dilute in water before drinking.
