Indication
- Severe androgen-dependent acne - Hirsutism in women - Androgenetic alopecia - Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) symptoms
Ingredients
- Cyproterone Acetate and Ethinyl Estradiol
Direction
Take one tablet daily at the same time for 21 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day tablet-free interval.
Side effects
- Breast tenderness or pain
- Nausea and abdominal pain
- Headache or migraines
- Weight changes
- Mood swings
Precautions
- High risk of venous thromboembolism
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Avoid if history of breast cancer
- Not for patients with liver disease
- Smoking increases cardiovascular risks
