Indication
- Medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy - Pregnancies up to 63 days gestation
Ingredients
- Mifepristone and Misoprostol
Direction
Take one Mifepristone 200 mg tablet orally on Day 1. Administer four Misoprostol 200 mcg tablets vaginally or buccally 36 to 48 hours later.
Side effects
- Vaginal bleeding and cramping
- Abdominal pain and nausea
- Vomiting and diarrhea
- Headache and dizziness
- Chills and temporary fever
Precautions
- Unconfirmed intrauterine pregnancy
- Gestation exceeding 63 days
- Suspected ectopic pregnancy
- Severe uncontrolled asthma
- Chronic adrenal failure
- Known allergy to ingredients
- Avoid during breast
- feeding
