Getino-B 300 mg

Indication

Used with other antiretroviral medicines for HIV infection and for chronic hepatitis B in adults with appropriate clinical indications.

Ingredients

• Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300 mg

Direction

Take by mouth exactly as prescribed; the usual adult dose is one 300 mg tablet once daily with food.

Side effects

• Possible effects include nausea
• diarrhea
• headache
• and kidney or bone problems. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if a serious reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Use under medical supervision. Kidney function and relevant hepatitis B or HIV treatment factors should be assessed by a clinician
