Indication

Adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes inadequately controlled with metformin alone or requiring additional glycemic control.

Ingredients

• Sitagliptin 50 mg
• Metformin hydrochloride 1000 mg

Direction

Take as directed by the physician with meals; the dose should be individualized and not changed without medical advice.

• Seek urgent medical advice for persistent severe abdominal pain
• vomiting
• breathing difficulty
• or allergic swelling.

• Use under medical supervision
• kidney function may need monitoring and the medicine may need to be stopped around iodinated contrast procedures.
