Indication

Used to treat high blood pressure and may be used for certain forms of angina when prescribed.

Ingredients

• Amlodipine besylate equivalent to amlodipine 5 mg

Direction

Take once daily or as directed by the physician; do not change the dose without medical advice.

Side effects

• Ankle swelling
• headache
• dizziness
• flushing
• palpitations
• or tiredness may occur.
• Seek medical advice for severe dizziness
• fainting
• chest pain
• or allergic swelling.

Precautions

• Tell the doctor about low blood pressure
• liver disease
• heart problems
• pregnancy
• and all other medicines.
• Use under medical supervision and rise slowly if dizziness occurs.
