Indication
Calcium and vitamin D3 supplementation, including support for maternal bone health when dietary intake is inadequate.
Ingredients
- Calcium carbonate 625 mg equivalent to calcium 250 mg
- and colecalciferol 10 micrograms equivalent to vitamin D3 400 IU
Direction
Adults: take 1 to 2 soft capsules daily with water after a meal, or as advised by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
