Indication
Sterile single-dose saline for daily nasal and eye hygiene in infants, children, and adults; it may also be used for wound washing as directed.
Ingredients
- Sodium chloride 0.9 g per 100 mL (0.9%)
- Purified water q.s. to 100 mL
Direction
Use one 5 mL single-dose vial as directed for nasal or ocular cleansing. Single use only; do not inject.
Side effects
- Temporary stinging or irritation may occur.
- Stop use and seek advice if irritation persists or an allergic reaction occurs.
Precautions
- For nasal
- ocular
- or external cleansing only
- not for injection.
- Do not use if the single
- dose container is damaged or opened.
