Indication

Reduces uric acid formation in gout, uric acid kidney stones, and other conditions with excess urate production.

Ingredients

• Allopurinol 300 mg per tablet

Direction

Take orally once daily after food, or exactly as directed by a physician; dose is adjusted to urate levels.

Side effects

• May cause rash
• nausea
• diarrhea
• or drowsiness
• stop and seek urgent medical help for severe skin reactions or swelling.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to allopurinol
• seek urgent medical advice for rash or hypersensitivity. Ask a doctor before use with kidney disease or azathioprine/6
• mercaptopurine.
