Indication

Prenatal nutritional supplement for women planning conception, during pregnancy, and while breastfeeding, providing vitamins, minerals, DHA, and EPA.

Ingredients

• Multivitamins and multiminerals including folic acid 800 micrograms
• iodine 220 micrograms
• iron
• calcium
• magnesium
• zinc
• vitamin C
• vitamin D
• and omega
• 3 DHA/EPA per soft capsule

Direction

Take one soft capsule daily with the main meal, swallow with water, and do not chew.
