Indication

Magnesium supplementation for magnesium-deficiency symptoms such as nervousness, mild anxiety, muscle cramps and tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium pidolate 1500 mg providing 122 mg elemental magnesium per 10 ml oral solution ampoule.

Direction

Take the contents of one 10 ml ampoule diluted in water as directed on the package or by a healthcare professional.

Side effects

• Diarrhoea
• abdominal discomfort or allergic reaction may occur. Stop and seek advice for a severe reaction.
