Indication

Prescription eye drops for selected eye inflammation or infection when clinically appropriate.

Ingredients

• Chloramphenicol 5 mg/mL
• dexamethasone sodium phosphate 1 mg/mL
• tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride 0.25 mg/mL
• phenylmercuric nitrate 0.02 mg as preservative

Direction

Use in the affected eye or eyes only as directed by a physician or pharmacist.

Side effects

• Temporary burning
• irritation
• redness
• blurred vision
• or increased eye pressure may occur.

Precautions

• For external ophthalmic use only. Prescription medicine. Do not use without professional direction or touch the dropper tip to any surface.
