Indication

Lubricating artificial tears for temporary relief of burning, irritation, dryness, discomfort, and blurring; may rewet soft contact lenses as labeled.

Ingredients

• Polyethylene glycol 400
• propylene glycol
• hydroxypropyl guar
• sorbitol
• aminomethylpropanol
• boric acid
• potassium chloride
• sodium chloride
• POLYQUAD (polidronium chloride) 0.001% preservative

Direction

Instill drops into the affected eye or eyes as directed on the package insert. Shake well before using.

Side effects

• Temporary stinging
• blurred vision
• redness
• irritation
• or discomfort may occur after instillation.

Precautions

• For ophthalmic use only. Do not use if the package or tamper seal is damaged or if the solution is cloudy. Do not touch the dropper tip to the eye or other surfaces.
