Indication

Prescription antibacterial eye drops for selected eye infections or inflammation when clinically appropriate.

Ingredients

• Chloramphenicol 5 mg/mL
• dexamethasone disodium phosphate 1 mg/mL
• tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride 0.25 mg/mL

Direction

Use in the affected eye or eyes only as directed by a physician or pharmacist and follow the package insert.
