Direction

Children aged 1 to 2 years: one teaspoonful twice daily. Children aged 3 to 12 years: two teaspoonfuls two to three times daily. Adults and pregnancy or breastfeeding: two teaspoonfuls twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
