Indication

Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections when intravenous moxifloxacin is clinically indicated.

Ingredients

• Moxifloxacin 400 mg per 250 mL as moxifloxacin hydrochloride

Direction

For intravenous infusion only. Administer slowly over the period specified by the physician and follow the enclosed prescribing information.
