Indication

Relief of pain, heartburn, or acid indigestion of the stomach or oesophagus.

Ingredients

• Aluminium oxide 1.212 g per sachet
• from hydrated aluminium oxide

Direction

Oral suspension in a single-dose sachet; press or crush the sachet before opening and follow the package leaflet or pharmacist’s advice.

Side effects

• Possible effects include constipation or diarrhoea and changes in phosphate or magnesium levels
• especially with prolonged use or kidney disease.

Precautions

• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease or need a low
• magnesium or low
• phosphate diet. Separate use from other medicines as advised because antacids may affect absorption.
