Indication

Treatment of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis symptoms in patients requiring an NSAID with gastric-ulcer protection, under prescription.

Ingredients

• Diclofenac sodium 75 mg per tablet
• Misoprostol 200 mcg per tablet

Direction

Oral route. Take exactly as prescribed and swallow with food; do not use without medical supervision.

Side effects

• Abdominal pain
• diarrhea
• nausea
• indigestion
• or headache may occur
• seek urgent care for bleeding
• severe rash
• chest pain
• or pregnancy
• related symptoms.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in pregnancy because misoprostol can cause miscarriage or birth defects. Avoid with NSAID allergy
• active ulcer or bleeding
• significant kidney or heart disease
• unless specifically directed by a clinician.
