Indication
Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections when prescribed by a clinician.
Ingredients
- Azithromycin 100 mg as azithromycin dihydrate per sachet
Direction
Use only as prescribed; prepare and take the oral suspension as directed in the package leaflet, and complete the prescribed course.
Side effects
- Possible effects include diarrhoea
- nausea
- abdominal pain
- vomiting
- and headache
- seek medical advice for severe allergy or persistent diarrhoea.
Precautions
- Prescription antibiotic. Use only for a diagnosed bacterial infection and tell a doctor about macrolide allergy
- liver disease
- or heart
- rhythm problems.
