Indication

Symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diarrhoea in children.

Ingredients

• Loperamide hydrochloride 21.5 mg per 100 mL (equivalent to loperamide 20 mg)

Direction

For children aged 2 to 8 years: 0.15 mL of solution per kg body weight per dose; repeat after each loose stool at 4-hour intervals, not exceeding 5 doses per day.

Side effects

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children and use only as prescribed.
