Indication

Adjunctive treatment and temporary relief of symptoms associated with oral inflammatory lesions and ulcerative lesions resulting from trauma, including mouth ulcers.

Ingredients

• Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% w/w

Direction

Apply a small dab, about 1/4 inch, to the lesion at bedtime. Depending on the severity of symptoms, it may be necessary to apply twice to three times daily, preferably after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor or dentist.

Side effects

• Local burning

• or an allergic reaction may occur.
• Prolonged use may cause thinning of the oral mucosa or secondary infection.
• Stop use and consult a doctor

• or pharmacist if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• For external use in the mouth only.
• Do not use in the presence of untreated fungal
• viral
• or bacterial infections of the mouth or throat.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if the lesion does not heal
• worsens
• or symptoms persist.
