Efferalgan Vitamine C 500 mg / 200 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever in adults and children weighing 27 kg or more (about 8 years).

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 200 mg

Direction

Take orally. Let the effervescent tablet dissolve completely in a glass of water; do not swallow or chew it. Follow weight-based dosing and avoid taking it late in the day.

• severe skin reactions

• and liver
• test abnormalities have been reported.
• Diarrhea or abdominal pain may occur
• at high vitamin C doses
• digestive or urinary disturbances
• dizziness
• hives
• or rash have been reported.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to the active substances or other ingredients
• or if you have severe liver disease.
• Do not combine with other medicines containing paracetamol or vitamin C. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney disease
• weigh under 50 kg
• drink alcohol regularly
• are malnourished or dehydrated
• or have G6PD deficiency.
• Avoid taking late in the day because vitamin C may have a mildly stimulating effect
• seek medical advice during pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• or prolonged use.
