Woods' Peppermint Antitussive 100 mL 7.5 mg / 12.5 mg per 5 mL

Indication

Relief of non-productive cough due to allergy.

Ingredients

• Dextromethorphan HBr 7.5 mg per 5 mL
• Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 mL three times daily. Children 6–12 years: 5 mL three times daily. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Vomiting
• dizziness
• drowsiness
• and constipation may occur. May cause drowsiness. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Not recommended for children under 6 years except on a physician's advice. Avoid driving or operating machinery. Use caution with alcohol

• respiratory disease
• hepatic disorders
• pregnancy
• lactation
• glaucoma
• and when taking MAO inhibitors.
