Indication

Treatment of serious bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms, as determined by a physician.

Ingredients

• Gentamicin sulfate equivalent to gentamicin 80 mg/2 mL

Direction

For IM/IV injection. Intravenous use must be diluted; dosage and duration must be directed by a physician.

• Nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity are important risks
