Indication

Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastritis, heartburn, and gastric hyperacidity; helps reduce stomach upset, nausea, flatulence, and heartburn symptoms.

Ingredients

• Aluminium hydroxide dried gel 600 mg
• Magnesium hydroxide 600 mg
• Simethicone 160 mg

Direction

Adults: take 1 sachet 3 times a day; shake before use. Take immediately when symptoms occur and repeat 30–60 minutes before or after meals and before bedtime.

Side effects

• Constipation
• diarrhoea
• nausea
• vomiting
• and symptoms that disappear after stopping the medicine may occur.

Precautions

• Do not use in severe renal insufficiency
• severe abdominal pain
• bowel obstruction
• or suspected hyperacidity
• related complications. Not recommended for use longer than 2 weeks unless advised by a physician. Separate antacids from tetracycline or cimetidine by 1–2 hours. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
