Indication

Antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, urticaria (hives), and other allergic conditions including hay fever, allergic conjunctivitis, and pruritus.

Ingredients

• Cetirizine Hydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 mg once daily. Children 6–12 years: 5 mg twice daily or 10 mg once daily. Can be taken with or without food.

• Dry mouth.
• Headache
• dizziness.
• Fatigue.
• Gastrointestinal discomfort.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment
• dose reduction may be required.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years without medical advice.
• Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.
