ALLZAP Cream Ofloxacin (0.75% w/w) + Ornidazole (2.0% w/w) + Terbinafine Hydrochloride (1.0% w/w) + Clobetasol Propionate (0.05% w/w)

Indication

Multi-component topical cream combining an antibiotic (ofloxacin), antiprotozoal/antibacterial (ornidazole), antifungal (terbinafine), and potent corticosteroid (clobetasol). Used for mixed or undiagnosed skin infections with associated inflammation involving bacterial, fungal, and/or parasitic elements.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin 0.75% w/w
• Ornidazole 2.0% w/w
• Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1.0% w/w
• Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% w/w

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area(s) twice daily, morning and evening, as directed by a physician. Duration of treatment typically not exceeding 2 weeks; do not exceed prescribed duration.

Side effects

• Local burning

• Systemic corticosteroid effects with extensive application.
• Rare: allergic contact dermatitis.

Precautions

• Contains a potent corticosteroid (clobetasol propionate)

• or perioral dermatitis.
