SKINEAL Ketoconazole (10 mg) + Clobetasol Propionate (0.25 mg) + Neomycin Sulfate (5000 IU) per gram

Indication

Triple-action topical cream combining an antifungal (ketoconazole), potent corticosteroid (clobetasol propionate), and antibiotic (neomycin). Used for mixed skin infections involving fungal and bacterial elements with significant inflammation.

Ingredients

• Ketoconazole 10 mg per gram
• Clobetasol Propionate 0.25 mg per gram
• Neomycin Sulfate 5000 IU per gram

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily as directed by a physician. Duration typically not to exceed 2 weeks. Do not apply to large areas without medical supervision.

Side effects

• Local irritation

• Contact dermatitis (neomycin sensitisation).

Precautions
