FENDOL 500mg

Indication

FENDOL (paracetamol 500 mg) is an analgesic and antipyretic indicated for the symptomatic relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, muscular aches, and for the reduction of fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500 mg

Direction

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1–2 tablets (500–1000 mg) every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 4000 mg (8 tablets) in 24 hours. Take with water. Can be taken with or without food.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
• Rare: skin rash
• allergic reactions.
• Hepatotoxicity in overdose.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• overdose can cause serious liver damage.
• Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or chronic alcohol use.
• Not recommended in severe renal impairment.
• Consult a physician if pain or fever persists.
