Indication
Sanaflu Forte (paracetamol 650 mg) is an analgesic and antipyretic for the treatment of flu symptoms, fever, headache, and mild to moderate pain in adults.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg
Direction
Adults: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed. Maximum 2600 mg (4 tablets) in 24 hours. Take with water; can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
- Rare: allergic reactions
- skin rash.
- Hepatotoxicity in overdose.
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
- overdose causes serious liver damage.
- Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol
- containing products.
- Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or chronic alcoholism.
- Consult a physician if symptoms persist beyond 5 days.
