Indication

FUTEND-3 Cream is a triple-combination topical preparation containing a corticosteroid, an antibiotic, and an antifungal, for the treatment of mixed inflammatory and infected skin conditions.

Ingredients

• Fluocinolone acetonide 0.025% w/w
• Neomycin sulfate 0.5% w/w
• Clotrimazole 1% w/w

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily. Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks without medical review.

Side effects

• Skin thinning with prolonged use.
• Allergic contact dermatitis (to neomycin).
• Burning or stinging on application.
• Striae with extended use.

Precautions

• Not for use on the face unless directed by a physician.
• Avoid prolonged use
• corticosteroid component may cause skin atrophy.
• Neomycin may cause sensitization
• discontinue if hypersensitivity occurs.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not use under occlusive dressings unless directed.
