Indication

As an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Ingredients

• Empagliflozin 25 mg

Direction

Take once daily as directed by the physician; it may be taken with or without food.

Precautions

• Tell the doctor about kidney disease
