Indication

Relief of muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency and supplementation of vitamin B6 when needed.

Ingredients

• Magnesium glycerophosphate 800 mg providing magnesium 100 mg per 10 mL
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 83 mg per 10 mL

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: take 10 mL (one ampoule) two to three times daily between meals, diluted with a little water, according to medical advice.
