Indication

Prevention and treatment of symptoms in chronic obstructive airway disorders with reversible bronchospasm, including asthma and COPD.

Ingredients

• Ipratropium bromide 261 mcg/mL
• Fenoterol hydrobromide 500 mcg/mL

Direction

For inhalation by nebulizer only. Dilute and use the lowest effective dose as directed by a physician; treatment should be initiated under medical supervision.

Side effects

• Tremor
• headache
• dizziness
• palpitations
• fast heartbeat
• dry mouth
• throat irritation
• or cough may occur. Seek urgent care for paradoxical bronchospasm or allergic reaction.

Precautions

• Use only by inhalation with a nebulizer
• do not swallow. Use under medical supervision
• especially for children or severe symptoms.
• Use caution in heart disease
• glaucoma
• diabetes
• thyroid disease
• or urinary obstruction
• seek medical advice if breathing worsens.
