Indication

A calcium and vitamin D3 supplement to support bone and tooth development and help prevent osteoporosis, as stated on the package and the manufacturer's product page.

Ingredients

• Calcium carbonate 400 mg per soft capsule
• Vitamin D3 200 IU per soft capsule

Direction

Take orally and swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water, 15–30 minutes before or after a meal. Children 4–18 years: 1 capsule 2–3 times daily. Adults 19–50 years and pregnant or lactating women: 1 capsule 2–3 times daily. Adults over 51 years: 2 capsules 2–3 times daily.
