Indication

Used for allergic rhinitis symptoms in patients prescribed this combination.

Ingredients

• Montelukast sodium equivalent to montelukast 10 mg
• Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5 mg

Direction

Oral use. Take only as directed by a physician, as stated on the package.

Side effects

• Sleepiness or fatigue may occur. Serious mood or behavior changes have been reported with montelukast
• seek medical advice promptly if they occur.

Precautions

• Montelukast has been associated with serious mood or behavior changes
• including suicidal thoughts. Contact a clinician promptly if new mood or behavior symptoms occur. Levocetirizine may cause drowsiness
• do not drive if affected. This medicine is not for an acute asthma attack.
