Clovir-Cream 50 mg/g

Indication

Treatment of skin herpes simplex infections, including initial and recurrent genital herpes and herpes labialis, as stated on the package.

Ingredients

• Aciclovir 50 mg per gram (5% w/w)

Direction

Apply to the affected area five times daily at four-hour intervals. Continue for five days; if healing is incomplete, treatment may continue for an additional five days. Start treatment as early as possible when prodromal symptoms or lesions appear. Follow the enclosed leaflet.

Precautions

• For external skin use only. Do not apply inside the mouth

• or any cream ingredient.
