Colicaid drops Simethicone 40 mg, Dill Oil 0.005 mL, Fennel Oil 0.0007 mL per mL

Indication

Colicaid drops are used to relieve gas-related discomfort (flatulence, colic) in infants and children. Simethicone reduces gas bubbles in the digestive tract, while dill and fennel oils have antispasmodic and carminative properties.

Ingredients

• Simethicone 40 mg per mL
• Dill Oil 0.005 mL per mL
• Fennel Oil 0.0007 mL per mL

Direction

Infants (under 2 years): 0.5 mL four times daily after feeds. Children (2–12 years): 0.5–1 mL as needed. Administer directly into the mouth or mix with water/formula. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated.
• Diarrhea or constipation (rare).
• Allergic reactions (rare).

Precautions

• Do not use if hypersensitive to any component.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult physician before use in premature infants or neonates.
