Kinal Codeine 400 mg / 50 mg / 20 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain, or pain not relieved by peripherally acting analgesics alone, such as headache, toothache, back pain and myalgia.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 400 mg
• Caffeine 50 mg
• Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 20 mg

Direction

Oral use. Follow the doctor's prescription. Adults and children from 15 years: 1 capsule every 4 to 6 hours if necessary; up to 2 capsules per dose may be used for severe pain. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.

Side effects

• Rare sensitivity reactions including erythema
• urticaria and skin rash
• discontinue use if they occur.
• Constipation
• nausea
• vomiting
• respiratory depression and palpitations.

Precautions

• Use only as prescribed. For pregnancy
• use only for prompt treatment if necessary. Use during breastfeeding is not recommended because adverse effects have been observed in breastfed infants. Keep out of reach of children.
