Ingredients

• Oligosaccharide 40%
• apple powder 18%
• mixed fruit and vegetable powder (label lists 18% and 11%)
• wheat fibre 11%
• oat bran 8%
• oil palm fibre 7%
• and lemon powder flavour 5%

Direction

Take 1 sachet 15 minutes before a meal once or twice daily. Mix the contents in 150 ml of plain water, shake well, and consume immediately. Drink plenty of plain water throughout the day.
