Promethazine 5 mg/5 mL (0.1%)

Indication

Symptomatic relief of allergic conditions including rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and skin allergy.

Ingredients

• Promethazine hydrochloride equivalent to promethazine 5 mg/5 mL

Direction

Take by mouth. Package directions: children aged 2–5 years, 5 mL three times daily; children aged 5–12 years, 5–10 mL two to three times daily (maximum 25 mL/day); children over 12 years, 10–20 mL four times daily (maximum 50 mL/day); adults, 20 mL four to five times daily.
