Indication

Relief of symptoms associated with peptic ulcer, gastritis, heartburn and gastric hyperacidity.

Ingredients

• Aluminium hydroxide dried gel 600 mg/14 mL
• Magnesium hydroxide 600 mg/14 mL
• Simethicone 160 mg/14 mL

Direction

Adults: take 1 sachet three times daily. Take when symptoms occur and repeat 30–60 minutes before or after meals and at bedtime, as directed on the package.

Side effects

• Constipation
• diarrhea
• nausea or vomiting may occur and usually resolve after stopping the medicine.

Precautions

• Do not use in severe renal insufficiency
• bowel obstruction
• or severe abdominal pain without medical advice. Not recommended for children under 6 years or for patients on a low
• phosphorus diet. Antacids may affect absorption of tetracycline and cimetidine
