Indication

A multivitamin and mineral supplement for women planning a pregnancy and throughout pregnancy, to support increased maternal nutritional needs and the baby's healthy growth and development. Folic acid taken before conception and during pregnancy may reduce the risk of neural tube defects.

Direction

Take one tablet daily while trying to conceive and throughout pregnancy. Begin at least four weeks before conception. Swallow whole with water, preferably with a meal; if experiencing morning sickness, take at midday or in the evening.

Precautions
