Indication
Antibiotic eye drops for the treatment of external bacterial infections of the eye and its adnexa caused by susceptible bacteria.
Ingredients
- Tobramycin 0.3% (3 mg/mL)
Direction
Instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Read the enclosed leaflet.
Side effects
- Eye irritation
- itching or swelling of the eyelid
- Redness of the conjunctiva
- Allergic (hypersensitivity) reactions
Precautions
- Prescription medicine – use only as directed by a doctor
- Not for injection into the eye
- Stop use if a sensitivity reaction occurs
- Prolonged use may lead to overgrowth of non
- susceptible organisms
- including fungi
- Do not wear contact lenses while treating an eye infection
- Discard 4 weeks after first opening
