Promethazine 5 mg/5 mL (0.1%)

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of various allergic manifestations such as rhinitis (hay fever, runny nose, itchy throat), conjunctivitis (itchy eyes) and skin allergy (insect bites, itching, erythema, urticaria).

Ingredients

• Promethazine (as hydrochloride) 5 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Children 2 to 5 years: 5 mL, 3 times a day. Children 5 to 12 years: 5 to 10 mL, 2 to 3 times a day, not exceeding 25 mL per day. Children over 12 years: 10 to 20 mL, 4 times a day, not exceeding 50 mL per day. Adults: 20 mL, 4 to 5 times a day.
