Indication

Slow-release iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, B6 and zinc: nutrients for the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells, to help maintain energy release and vitality. Suitable for women during pregnancy and the monthly cycle, athletes and slimmers.

Ingredients

• Iron (as fumarate) 24 mg
• Zinc 12 mg
• Copper 2000 µg
• Folic acid 500 µg
• Vitamin B12 10 µg
• Vitamin B6 5 mg (per capsule)

Direction

One capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Only to be taken on a full stomach. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
